Sessions may include products, food, spaces, brand elements, demonstrations, or other visuals you want documented. You guide the priorities, and we capture the content in a clear, platform-ready format. Because every project is different, final pricing may vary depending on content type, scope, and total time required. SESSION DETAILS 1-hour minimum booking Additional time available as needed One location per booked session (unless otherwise quoted) Photo and/or video capture based on your request Digital delivery of edited content Personal or business use permitted PRICING Introductory rate starting at $75 per hour Final pricing will be confirmed with a custom quote based on content type and duration. Cancellation Policy
By booking any service with Zola & Co., you agree to the following terms: All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment is received. Booking requests alone do not reserve a date or project time. All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Content sessions require a minimum one-hour booking. Additional time may be added based on availability and will be billed accordingly. Design services and other projects are billed based on the time and scope required. Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, materials, and direction in a timely manner. Delays in communication or required information may affect timelines or delivery. Services are performed based on the information provided at the time of booking. Significant changes to location, scope, or project details may require a revised quote. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed. Cancellations do not qualify for refunds. Final content is delivered digitally. Delivery timelines vary depending on service type and workload. Zola & Co. reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in situations involving unsafe conditions, inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with these terms. Unless otherwise requested in writing, Zola & Co. may use non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes. By submitting a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
