Return & Refund Policy – Zola & Co.

Because all Zola & Co. physical products are made-to-order through our print partners (Printful, Printify, and InterestPrint), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of preference — each item is custom printed just for you.

 

However — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we will make it right. If there’s an issue with your order: Email us at hello@zolaandco.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or misprinted product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to figure out a solution.

 

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, as instant access is granted upon purchase — but if you experience a download issue or file error, we’re happy to help. Just email us.
