Cancellation Policy

Zola & Co. Videography – Booking Policy Booking & Retainer A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure your event date. Dates are not held without both. The remaining balance is due 7 days before milestone events and 14 days before weddings. Non-Refundable Retainer The retainer reserves your date and covers preparation and scheduling. Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, reschedules, weather, or changes of plans. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client-initiated cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer. If Zola & Co. must cancel due to emergency, all payments will be refunded or a comparable replacement may be offered when possible. Coverage Time & Overtime Coverage is based on the selected package. Additional coverage is billed at $150/hour, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes, and must be paid before final delivery. Continued filming beyond contracted hours is not guaranteed. Travel Packages include a set travel radius. Travel beyond that is billed at $0.75 per mile or $50 per hour of travel time, and must be approved in advance. Editing & Delivery Estimated delivery timelines: 2–3 weeks for milestone events and 4–6 weeks for weddings. Timelines may vary during peak seasons. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if scheduling allows. Raw footage is not included unless purchased. Revisions Each package includes a limited number of minor revisions. Requests beyond the included scope may incur additional editing fees. Creative Discretion Videography is a creative service. Zola & Co. retains full creative discretion over filming style, editing, music selection, and final storytelling. Specific shots are not guaranteed. Use of Content Zola & Co. Videography may use completed footage for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the event. Agreement Booking services indicates full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
